Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as an HR partner to responsible business team for specific therapeutic areas in Human Pharma BU.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies and solutions aligned with the company’s people strategy and HR priorities.
  • Support leaders in organizational design, performance management, succession planning, and related initiatives.
  • Design and execute HR projects focused on talent retention and development in partnership with business leaders.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to management to strengthen leadership capabilities and effectively address employee issues.
  • Work closely with line managers and employees to resolve a wide range of employee relations matters.
  • Partner with HR COEs, HR Services, and cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives.
  • Oversee HR operations in compliance with company policies and processes, including internal transfers, promotions, performance management, compensation planning, and headcount management.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Approximately 4-8 years of HR experience, including at least 2-4 years as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role within a multinational company; experience supporting commercial functions such as sales and marketing is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of all HR functions with strong expertise in talent management and employee relations.
  • Demonstrated HR and business acumen, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and a proactive mindset.
  • Proven ability to coach and influence managers and promote adoption of company best practices.
  • High level of self-discipline, strong sense of ownership, and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Excellent command of both English and Mandarin, in oral and written communication.
