Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage Part of Lean Implementation

2. Manage University & Company collabration program.

3. Leading ICO (young talent) project.

4. Drive new working method, digital transforming

5. Organize internal &external stakehoders exchanging

6. Responsible for documents lifecycle managgement.

7. other tasks assigned according too Business needs. 

Requirements：

-Bachelor degree or above, major in Pharmaceutical, Chemical, or related

-CET 6 or above

-Strong Communication and inter-personal skills

-Teamwork and coordinative approach

-Experience of working in an international/multi-cultural environment would be a plus

-Customer facing & result orientated

-Well organized and structured in the working style

-Ability to implement in parallel a number of different tasks

-Good understanding of Continuous Improvement philosophy
