Business Analyst

This position sits on business analysis position in commercial operation and price managment.

1. Build up and manage standard business profile to meet needs of distributor and business management.

1) Manage HAP application and maintain HAP list based on related principle and process regularly. 
2) Manage application of compensation pharmacy and maintain the compensation pharmacy list regularly. 
3) Maintain commercial authorization letter to T1 distributors annually and make an update based on business needs.   
4) Maintain sales raw data collection authorization letter to assigned suppliers annually and make an update based on needs.

2. Monitor and manage the T1 distributor projects to ensure sales target delivery.

1)Set reasonable target by distributors based on commercial policy on project base.
2)Define project implementation territory and involved target end customers pool
3)Monitor project implementation and achievement progress and develop review monthly report to define problems and opportunities
4)Define distributor training plan to support project target achievement, and follow up the implementation.

3. Optimize Goods Return management to enhance forecast accuracy and operation efficiency.

1）Goods return budget forecast with refined methodology to continuously improve forecast accuracy
2)Manage daily good return operation based on process and principles.

4. Support pricing and bidding project to help enhance GTN management effectiveness and efficiency.

1）Manage GTN project application and approval under GTN process & principle
2）Control and monitor GTN spending to ensure within budget
3）GTN rolling forecast and continuously improve forecast accuracy.
4）GTN calculation and payment management.
5）Support regional bidding project management.
6) Support corporate pricing project development and landing in China local market.

Requirements:

Minimal Bachelor degree or above, preferably in medical or pharmacy.

Experience in multinational company is preferred. At least 3 years experience in biz analysis area or commercial operation.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, excellent ability to integrate resources and promote business.
Strong judgment and decision-making ability, interpersonal communication and coordination ability, planning and execution ability.
