Job description highlights:
- Develop strategies for key target depts. promotion of specific brand, track KPI, timeline and budget
- Prepare and implement related annual brand plan
- Collaborate with KEEs for strong engagement /endorsement and collect front line HCP insights to identify business opportunities and support business planning and brand SOV
- Set up and deepen inter-department cooperation and communication to develop and implement product strategies and plan
Experience & capabilities required:
- AMD / SMM, 10 years MNC marketing experience
- Good knowhow on customer insight generation, direct to patient engagement & digital / social media engagement
- Self driven, committed and growth mindset, strong collaboration, customer focus
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
