Head of CRM (Cardio-Renal-Metabolic) Sales
We are currently looking for a person for the position: Head of Sales CRM (half of Poland)
The Head of Sales plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the commercial strategy for the CRM (cardio-renal-metabolic) business. This position combines strategic foresight with operational excellence, ensuring that national sales objectives are translated into impactful field execution.
Reporting directly to the Head of CRM Therapeutic Area, the Head of Sales leads, develops, and empowers a team of District Sales Managers (DSMs) and Medical Sales Representatives (MSRs), fostering a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, agility, and collaboration.

Responsibilities
• Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership to the CRM sales team, ensuring alignment with medico-marketing priorities and business goals.
• Translate strategy into action by designing and overseeing the execution of field force cycle plans, including Sales, Activities, and Investments.
• Act as a key liaison between senior management and the field, ensuring timely, transparent, and two-way communication.
• Monitor and analyze performance KPIs/OKRs, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving corrective actions.
• Promote a culture of empowerment and ownership, enabling decision-making at all levels and encouraging a 'speak-up' mindset.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (Medical, Marketing, HR, Training) to ensure integrated planning, talent development, and market readiness.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding efforts in partnership with HR and DSMs, ensuring timely hiring and high-quality field readiness.
About our future employee
• Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or above) – preferably in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing sales teams within pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level) – required for daily communication and reporting.
• Valid driver’s license – essential for field visits and team support.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-driven and proactive, capable of working independently and taking initiative.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across functions.
• Experience in marketing is a plus, especially in cross-functional collaboration or campaign execution.
