Job Accountabilities

1. Distributor and Agent Information Verification

  • Verify and update the validity of distributors’ and agents’ business licenses.
  • Verify distributors’ operating license information and update records in the system.
  • Consolidate missing, expired, or pending information and follow up to ensure data completeness.

2. Distributor Authorization Letter Preparation

  • Prepare authorization letter information according to BI legal entities.
  • Review and verify distributor lists.
  • Verify distributors’ authorized business scope.
  • Consolidate and maintain distributor product details.

3. Target Confirmation Letter Support

  • Assist with target allocation and preparation of supporting data.
  • Prepare related documents for different species and distributors.
  • Ensure consistency of document naming, data accuracy, and version control.

4. Distributor Due Diligence Support

  • Generate due diligence reports for different species and distributors.
  • Classify, name, archive, and perform completeness checks on reports.
  • Assist in consolidating missing information and outstanding follow-up items.

5. Joint Business Planning (JBP) Material Preparation

  • Prepare JBP-related presentations for different species and distributors.
  • Consolidate annual sales results and other key business information.
  • Assist in reviewing the consistency between presentation content and source data.

6. DE Documentation and Distributor Master Data Management

  • Review and organize historical DE documentation.
  • Optimize folder structures, file naming conventions, and document archiving practices.
  • Update and maintain 2027 distributor master data.
  • Assist in identifying duplicate, missing, or inconsistent information.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree; all majors are welcome. Preferred fields of study include Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to perform data organization, filtering, reconciliation, and basic analysis.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and able to prepare and format materials according to established templates.
  • Strong attention to detail, with high accuracy and sensitivity to data.
  • Good document management skills and the ability to handle multiple documents and versions efficiently.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to independently manage tasks according to deadlines.
  • Able to comply with company requirements regarding the confidentiality of business information, distributor information, and data.
  • Available to intern 2-4 days per week on a regular basis; candidates who can commit through January 2027 are preferred.
