Product Manager, Lytics

The Position

The Product Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success of assigned brands within the Operating Unit (OPU). This role is responsible for executing brand strategies, enhancing customer engagement, and ensuring cross-functional alignment to achieve business objectives. The Product Manager collaborates closely with regional (ROPU) and local teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives, support product launches, and drive sustainable growth.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Translate brand strategies into actionable operational plans tailored to the local market.
  • Provide local insights to influence ROPU brand strategies, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence.
  • Contribute to the business planning cycle, including Outlook and Long-Term Forecast (LTF) processes.
  • Develop and implement the OPU operational plan for assigned brands.
  • Monitor brand performance, ensuring alignment with sales and market share targets.
  • Lead launch readiness activities for new products and indications.
  • Execute customer engagement initiatives such as expert meetings, CME programs, and multichannel campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs to ensure scientific accuracy and relevance of promotional materials.
  • Support the sales team with updated training content and brand messaging.
  • Foster strong alignment with Sales, Medical Affairs, and other key stakeholders to ensure cohesive brand execution.
  • Act as a liaison between the OPU and ROPU brand teams, ensuring continuous feedback and knowledge sharing.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and capability building within the organization.
  • Build strong relationships across functions to support brand success and team effectiveness.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine or Health Science .
  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product management in Pharmaceutical MNCs, preferably in Cardiovascular or Specialty Care.
  • Strong business and marketing acumen with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proven ability in strategy execution, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in English, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and relevant database applications.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
