Internship - Travel & Expenses

The position

If accounting is in your area of interest, we can offer you a paid internship in the Travel and Expense team in an international environment.
You can take the opportunity to gain an insight into source to pay processes for EMEA region and actively accompany them.

The start of the paid internship is planned from June 2025 and the duration is 6-12 months on hybrid mode in Wrocław. 

Tasks & responsibilities 

• Assist Travel and Expense Team in processing expense claims in Concur  
• Support Travel and Expense team in the regular support activities in ServiceNow  
• Gather data for ad hoc reports 

About our future Intern

• Students or graduates in the field of economics, administration, accounting or finance 
• Very good communication skills in English (min. B2) 
• Italian, German, French or Spanish language is a plus 
• Proactivity with time management skills and the ability to prioritize work 
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills with high level of reliability and 
confidentiality 
• Distinct empathy, team spirit and service-oriented mindset 
• Knowledge of MS Office (be expert in Excel is a plus)
