Specialist, Process Automation
The Position
Are you ready to take the next step in your career? Our Business Performance and PMO support is seeking for a dedicated and experienced talent for Specialist, Process Automation.
As a Specialist, Process Automation, you will collaborate with the Continuous Improvement (CI) Coordinators and/or the CI Community in supporting improvement initiatives for Center Network (CNW). The support includes leveraging existing company tools and technologies to enhance quality and gain efficiencies by automating processes, tools, reports and/or systems.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- As the Specialist, Process Automation, you will propose, develop, implement, monitor, and document improvements ranging from advanced Microsoft Office tools, VBA, other programs such as Access, PowerBI/Power Query/Power Automate, batch inputs, SAP queries and any other tool serving the purpose to speed up processes and service deliveries.
- You will provide support to CNW specialists, CI Champions, and CI Coordinators in monitoring actual implementation of improvement initiatives through training, technical assistance, testing, and hypercare support.
- You will participate in CI Community calls and other meetings relevant to continuous improvement.
- You will regularly report the progress of improvement initiatives and coordinate/escalate any issues hindering the development or implementation.
- You will support projects and initiatives as identified by CNW Leadership and/or the Head of GBS Center Network.
About our future employee:
You should have 2-3 years verified knowledge in driving continuous improvement to strengthen and enhance service delivery, quality, and efficiency of various processes.
Additionally, we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any degrees related to the role/relevant experience on the same field
- Technical expertise with advanced Microsoft Office tools
- Can perform automation using VBA/macro programing, PowerBI/Power Query/Power Automate
- Familiarity and experience in designing and developing dashboards are advantage
- Someone with experience in project management and continuous improvement
- Team player with strong analytical, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Strong customer mindset combined with high service orientation, proactivity, and can also challenge status quo
- Able to work on a midshift supporting different centers and hybrid work setup (in office and remote)
- Experience working in shared service industry
