Join our team as a Spare Parts Warehouse Officer, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our maintenance schedules. Your expertise in managing spare parts availability will be key to securing both preventive and corrective maintenance adherence, ensuring our operations run smoothly and effectively.
This position is based in Koropi (Greece) and reports directly to the Reliability and Planning manager.

Established in a strategic location near Athens, the Koropi site has played a significant role in the company's global operations, focusing on manufacturing, and distribution. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure availability of spare parts with optimum stock levels through effective stock replenishment.
- Purchase spare parts (both stock managed and non-stock) and services using SAP, including goods receipt of deliveries.
- Engage in physical tasks by handling spare parts during the delivery process and maintaining the warehouse in proper condition.
- Ensure updated information of spare parts master data.
- Maintain the necessary technical information and processes related to spare parts.
- Handle invoices related to spare parts and services.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or Supply Chain.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an industry environment or warehouse, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector or alternatively in the process industry.
- Fluent (native) in both English and Greek.
- Familiarity in working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
- Strong customer service and ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
