Business Information Manager
The Position
Join Boehringer Ingelheim as a Business Information Manager and lead our IT team in Thailand. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the execution of key IT projects in Thailand, ensuring alignment with cross-site and global objectives
- Represent IT in strategic forums such as Steering Committees and Sponsor roles to advocate for local needs and perspectives
- Ensure compliance of IT systems with legal, regulatory, and internal standards
- Monitor and understand the needs of key stakeholders to ensure IT solutions are aligned with business priorities
- Manage the IT budget, including planning, forecasting, and tracking of OpEx and CapEx in accordance with global and local financial processes
- Actively contribute to the global Business Information Manager community by sharing insights and best practices
- Support the execution of IT governance processes and ensure adherence to company-wide standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- +10 years of experience in IT roles from any Multinational companies, with experience in people management is preferred
- Good English and Thai communication skills, business partnering and problem solving skills
- Strong knowledge of concurrent and future used IT systems and technology (SAP, other similar IT systems), IT project management experience is preferred
- Strong collaboration, teamwork and organizational skills, very good change management skills
- High degree of professionalism, personal responsibility, result orientation, self-motivation, drive and ambition
- Understanding of core business processes to be able to control and assure the integration points between different processes and to identify the areas for improvement.
