You will gain an insight into the following topics and areas of activities:
- Support global Employer Branding, social media and Talent Acquisition initiatives
- Our experienced colleagues will provide you with insights on how to develop appealing visual aids, storyboards and contributions for external communication channels to promote effective communication.
- Collaborate with project leads to design, implement, and optimize global social media campaigns.
- Research trends in branding and social media and gain insights into how these insights are used to refine our strategies and improve candidate outreach channels and materials.
- Gain insights into working with external agencies, providing instructions and coordinating with HR project managers.
- Assist with planning, project management, and administrative tasks to drive the success of global Talent Acquisition topics.
- Immerse yourself in a dynamic environment that offers professional networking, continuous learning, and tailored development opportunities to enhance both your personal and career growth.
Your Profile:
- You´re enrolled at a university and seeking a full-time (37,5h/week) internship for 6 months.
- You have an academic focus in HR, economics, marketing, psychology, sociology, communications, or a related field. Ideally, you are nearing the completion of your bachelor’s degree or have already started your Master’s degree.
- You´re passionate about HR strategy, branding, and communication, complemented by knowledge of content strategy, communication trends, and analytics.
- You have strong abilities in data visualization.
- You are eager to learn, proactive and thrive in a team environment where sharing ideas and collaboration are valued.
- You possess very good communication and writing skills in both English and German.
What we can offer you:
- As a student intern, you can expect a fair expense allowance (payment of the currently valid minimum wage)
- You will be given 2.5 days of paid time off for every full month of the internship
- A full-time internship is 37.5 hours a week (a smaller number of hours can be arranged)
The duration of the internship is 6 months. The start of the internship can be made several times a year. The earliest start date is currently in May, 2025. Please enter the desired period in your application.
