Global Facilities Engineering Specialist
The Position
The Global Facilities Engineering Specialist is responsible for Environment Health Safety(EHS), Security and Crisis management(S&CM) & Real estate and facility management(REFM) management to the dedicated OPU, to ensure the operational compliance and excellence. Provide service execution according to the defined process.
The Global Facilities Engineering Specialist is responsible for Environment Health Safety(EHS), Security and Crisis management(S&CM) & Real estate and facility management(REFM) management to the dedicated OPU, to ensure the operational compliance and excellence. Job Responsibilities
-Coordinate the implementation of Boehringer global & regional EHS activities in Hong Kong; including but not limited to risk identification, programs and procedures, field force and office employees’ safety, office ergonomics, namely.
-In coordination with the global / regional team, developing necessary programs and procedures in identification and managing potential EHS risks relevant to the workplace.
-Support the business unit on Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and Crisis management process to ensure the impact to business and operations are minimized to the acceptable level.
-Incident reporting and investigation under the global / regional guidelines.
-Develop real estate (where applicable) solutions based on global portfolio strategies and deliver transaction management / implementation of agreed asset plan.
-Translate and adapts global workplace and project management standard into regional workplace solutions including alignment with HR & IT.
-Ensure facilities management process / services of the business unit are compliant with global and local standards
-Support all GFE related vendor management, lease contract management, supplier relationship management, namely.
-Lead GFE culture building and promotion according to global / regional guidelines, organize culture promotion initiatives.

Required Qualification & Experience
-Bachelor's degree in facility management, property management or related disciplines is desirable
-10 years of relevant working experience in building management, property management, office administration, security management, workplace health and safety responsibilities, namely.
-Knowledge in local health and safety, occupational health rules and regulations, understanding of compliance requirement
-Experience in planning and implementing facilities management policies, procedures and programs
-Excellent skills in stakeholders management and communication & presentation is essential
