Purpose of this job:
Overall accountable for C&B solutions design and implementation in Great China to ensure that C&B solutions meet and support strategic business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the efficient management of all C&B related processes based on:
- local legal requirements within Great China
- Boehringer global C&B procedures and guidelines
- Design & Optimization:
-Design and optimize C&B policies, procedures, specifications, and standards under the instruction of Head of C&B, Global Mobility Great China.
-Model and analyze C&B data and financial to identify insights and trends, and propose recommendations
-Ensure market intelligence and competitiveness is included in design and optimization by identifying market trends and creating new practices to retain, engage and motivate employees.
- Implementation and Governance:
-Implement and steer Great China C&B solutions to ensure global standards are adherent with local parameters (local tax law, local labor law, social security etc).
-Manage and steer Great China C&B and Global Mobility processes (i.e. market survey, salary structure, compensation planning, long term incentive, benefits, etc.) implemented following global standards and guideline, as well as local laws and regulations.
-Manage cost and monitor KPI associated in terms of C&B and Global Mobility programs to align with the organization’s objectives, culture, and C&B philosophy.
- Knowledge of local Labor Law, tax, Social Security, Global C&B philosophy
High complexity due to Great China geography, talent market competition, fast changing industry market, diverse businesses and broad spectrum of topics, multiple stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirement
- At least full time bachelor’s degree with relevant major
- 5+ years general HR experience with at least 2 years in HR data analytics or HR data processing related area, ideally in a multinational environment.
- Knowledge about total rewards concepts.
- Broad and deep knowledge of C&B and Human Resources.
- Proven solid experience in project management. Be able to take initiative and effective at prioritizing multiple projects.
- Good commend in English & Mandarin, both in written and orally
