Event Management Executive
The Event Management Executive support the Human Pharma Event Team in:
- Implementing face-to-face and digital activities to maximize customer engagement and achieve Market Leadership in the Therapeutic Area (TA)segments we compete in.
- Providing support and consultancy to the OPU TA marketing team (CRM and Specialty Care) in the planning and execution of the Integrated Campaign Plan (ICP), implementation of the Go-To-Market (GTM) approach.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- ICP contribution:
- Partner with the TA & Event Manager to provide necessary inputs for IAP/ ICP, based on gathered insights of conducted events.
- Provided needed data & insights related to event to support decision making process before, during and after ICP execution.
- Event-related processes standardization:
- Creates standardized processes to efficiently plan and execute activities consistently across TAs with key internal stakeholders (Medical, Marketing, GTM, Compliance, Market access, Sourcing, etc.).
- Provide data for analysis in order to optimize existing processes, through re-occurring review, analysis of conducted activities across functions, data-based insights and facilitates proposals for improvement.
- Event execution:
- Provide and ensure efficient support on standardized processes for development and execution of events (CRM and Specialty).
- Based on data analysis of conducted activities, providing optimization suggestion of existing marketing services, adapting and implementing new services and driving the data-based creation of insights for improved customer engagement.
- Executional performance analysis:
- Together with key stakeholders, identify events-related KPIs and provide relevant analysis/ recommendation to TAs/ management team through utilizing existing ROPU dashboard and/ or customizing Veeva reports.
- Vendor & bidding management:
- In comply with sourcing procedure, evaluate vendors and suggest to event owners qualified vendor for event services.
- Monitor vendor performance and provide timely feedback to improve service quality.
Requirements
Minimum Education/Degree Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
Required competencies:
Knowledge:
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical industry and trend of environmental changes.
- Good knowledge and/or experience with strategic frameworks, marketing and execution.
Professional skills:
- Capable to provide the leadership to develop and implement solutions to complex problems.
- Open minded, motivating personality with drive and initiative.
- Willingness and ability to create and share knowledge.
- Critical thinker with ability to self-manage workload, including reprioritizing and delivery under tight timelines.
