產品經理 - 擴編專案 / Product Manager

The Position

Develop and implement marketing strategies.  Optimize resources in promotional programs to achieve sales targets.

 

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Equipped with sound businss acument and vigrous assessment skill to create strategic brand and business plan. Accordingly, translate strategy to action with well connected PDCA paradigm  
  • Champion strategy to communicate with front-line operational team, shaping a winning culture with high spirit in the organization. If needed. provide timely update/ training to team for promotion activity.
  • Distill from market and customer undersntanding to produce communication contents with high quality.
  • Knowledgeable and skillful in digital instruments deployment to expand share-of-voice in a manner of cost-efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross functional team, inclusive of Medical and Market access, turning out to identify KEE (Key-External-Expert) and create engagement plan to win advocacy.
  • Savvy on budget use and control to realize business maximization
  • Strong execution and leadership is required

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree and above, in the domain of Business Management, Life-science/ Pharmacy or the like.
  • With 3 to 5 years of experience in front line customer-facing-role is preferred
  • Prior experience as a Manager is a plus
  • MBA degree/ certificate is a plus.
  • Fluency in English communication is a plus
