(Associate) Key Account Manager

The Position

The (Associate) Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key hospital accounts, establishing, maintaining a long term relationship, and maximizing the sales opportunities within them to optimize profit through professional implementation of price strategies and partnership development.

 

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Build good relationship with key stakeholders and committees within the defined key accounts (Chief of Pharmacy, Head of Procurement. ex. key decision makers) to influence them to get best support with our brands.
  • Implement best-in-class key account management practices and programs to understand customer needs and develop strategic relationships.
  • Develop strategy and implement key account management plan to ensure all hospital products maintain listing within tenders with less price erosion and keep profitable growth.
  • Coordinate and teamwork with internal key stakeholders, including Sales Managers, Area Managers, brand PSRs, or relevant department for key account management and decision makers engagement
  • Responsible for the bidding in the assigned tenders 

 

Requirements

  • More than 5-year experience in sales, marketing or account management experience with experience of people management.
  • Professional negotiation and presentation skills are required.
  • Have ability to coordinate and collaborate with cross functions.
  • Able to create key account management plan and good execution to deliver results.
  • With strong winning mindset.
