Global Sales Forecasting Excellence Manager

The Position

Tasks & responsibilities

• In your new role, you will be leading and managing the "Sales Forecasting Excellence" team in a matrix organisation (functional reporting).
• Furthermore, you will execute and optimize sales forecast processes in collaboration with GCB and countries.
• Additionally, you will drive change to foster forecasting excellence.
• Finally, you will act as interface between GCB functions and the forecasting excellence team.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Economics
• Serval years of professional experience in different functions within a Bio /pharmaceutical or FMCG company
• Proven experience as sales forecaster in business, and as project lead for implementation of sales forecasting tools
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience with managing international managers/project teams, and with direct and indirect team structures
• Proven ability to lead process implementation and optimization
• Demonstrated experience in information and planning systems, Project management skills
• Fluency in English; French ist beneficial
