Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Requisitions material and establishes sequential delivery dates to departments, according to job order priorities and material availability
  • Examines material delivered to production departments to verify conformance to specifications. Arranges in-plant transfer of materials to meet production schedules
  • Computes amount of material required to complete job orders, applying knowledge of product and manufacturing processes.
  • Compiles and maintains manual or computerized records, such as material inventory, in-process production reports, and status and location of materials. May move or transport materials from one department to another, manually or using material handling equipment.   • Collaborates within team and department in order to follow best practices and meet department goals.

Requirements

  • Experience working in cGMP warehouse operations or within supply chain coordination. Understanding of electronic inventory systems such as MES and SAP.
  • Must be able to learn and perform basic computer operations such as MS Office and Outlook and other computer-based software
  • Bachelors´ Degree or 2 years of professional training or equivalent

Compensation Data

This position offers a base salary typically between (45,000) and (75,000).  There is opportunity to consider higher compensation above this range based on business need, candidate experience and or skills.  The position may be eligible for a role specific variable or performance based bonus and or other compensation elements.  For an overview of our benefits please click here.
