Senior Systems Analyst

The Position

The Sr. Systems Analyst will be responsible for the Operational Excellence of a group of HR systems/applications, performing the standard operational tasks to keep the system compliant with Boehringer-Ingelheim standards.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

This person will provide 2nd/3rd level support including Incidents, Problems, Changes and Tasks for global HR system SuccessFactors and its different modules.
This role will closely collaborate with projects and processes in gathering and specifying requirements for implementing new tools/processes or enhancing existing ones.
As well as collaborate with various stakeholders from global HR and IT teams to improve processes and resolve issues.

 

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in HR Services, HR/IT with focus on Employee Central and SuccessFactors Core (Role-based Permissions, Workflow and Business Rule Configurations, etc.)
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Fluent in business English with excellent communication skills, both written & verbal• Basic understanding of compliance aspects (i.e., Data Protection regulations like GDPR in EU, Data Retention, co-determination rights, labor laws)
  • Used to work successfully in multicultural and global teams

Skills:

  • SuccessFactors Suite
  • IT Service Management tools (ticketing) tools
  • ITIL v4 knowledge – advanced in Incident, Problem and Change Management processes 
  • Ability to prioritize when working on multiple tasks to ensure timely delivery 
  • Well organized and methodical
  • Strong troubleshooting skills 
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Strong client support/customer service skills
  • Other languages such as German, Japanese, Mandarin, Spanish is a plus
