Technical Expert for Lab Integration

Functions and Responsibilities:

As a Technical Expert for Lab Integration, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing IT systems for laboratory instrument integration and data management.
System Management: Oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of laboratory IT systems in compliance with GxP and other relevant regulations.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all systems are validated and meet the requirements of a GxP environment.
Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the systems meet these requirements.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to laboratory operations.
Training and Development: Train and support staff in the use of the systems, promoting best practices in a regulated environment.

Profile & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Bioinformatics, Medicinal Informatics or similar.
Experience: at least 2 years of experience in IT system management in a regulated and validated environment (preferably with a strong focus on lab data management and archiving in a GxP setting).
Technical Understanding: Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting laboratory IT systems.
Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve system issues.
Software: ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Veeva Quality Docs
Software Development: SCCM packaging, SQL, PowerShell scription would be a plus
Process knowledge: (GxP) System lead activities (Installation, Qualification, Run, Support, Problem Solving, Incident management, Change management), ITIL processes
Interpersonal: Stakeholder management, customer communication, vendor management
